Karli, What a fabulously motivating blog you have here! You are more than welcome to use any or all of my ramblings on my theories behind "being still". As someone who weighed 103 pounds when I got married, eating barely 400 calories a day, it is hard for me to ever feel "thin" again because I have been really, really thin. But whenever I start to beat myself up emotionally over not losing fast enough, I apply my "be still" tactic and find it works pretty darn well. Just that extra few seconds can make the difference between me binging or not. Keep up the amazing writing. Love you!
