    This year my New Year's resolution is to learn to "enjoy" running. I have a couple of races that I signed up to do...so hopefully that will get me to love it!

  4. my new yrs resolution- when i'm off excercise restrictions, excercise again! (18 wks preggo and have been on excercise restrictions for complications most of the pregnancy) but- even if the restrictions aren't lifted, my goal is actually for after the baby. its not just to lose the baby weight but to get fit again. i'm planning on lots of hard work this summer!!

    and on a whole different side note- i think i know you from a byu-i married ward... i'm still friends with candace and have seen you mentioned on her blog and think we were in the same ward for awhile! you look great though!!

  7. I have been exercising religiously since June 2010 but have only lost 8 pounds. My resolution is finally get rid of 15 additional pounds!

  8. One of my "11" resolutions is to lose weight by eating smaller portions and exercising and including my 2 girls. I want to have them exercise while spending time with me... walking and talking or zumba. This is a win win situation. I want to be healthy and live long... I want to be around to spend time with my grandkids too! Thanks for the great opportunity.

    the thing that i thought was the most interesting was that there was so much variety in the food. i had no idea! it was pages of different foods and snacks to choose from. cause i like variety!
